Q. Where can I find a listing of Diabetes Blogs?
A. The Diabetes Resource has the largest directory of diabetes blogs on the internet. Click on the Directory tab. Go down to where it says Diabetes Bloggers. From there you can select "Type 1", "Type 2", "Parent of a child with type 1", or any other category you wish to view. Blogs are listed in alphabetical order.
Q. Do I need to register to use the website?
A. You do not have to register to view the website. Registration allows you to save your favorites and manage your listings.
Q. What if I don't want my blog/website listed?
A. Select the Contact Us tab from the home page and tell us which site you would like to have removed.
Q. How many listings can I add to the directory?
A. We allow one free listing per website/blog. If you would like to order additional advertising space, please contact us for more information
Q. How much does it cost to list my website/blog?
A. Bloggers are given 1 free featured listing per blog. Free listings are available to diabetes-related people/organizations upon approval from the moderators. See the price sheet for additional pricing options.
Q. I registered to add my listing, what next?
A. A moderator will review your listing, and if it meets our requirements, it will be active within 3 business days.
Q. How do I contact support?
A. Click the Contact Us link at the top of the home page.
Q. When is support available?
A. A moderator will review your request and usually can respond by the next day.
Q. How do I make changes to my listing?
A. By registering, you can claim your listing. After approval you will be able to make changes to your listing by logging in.
Q. How do I pay for my listing/upgrade?
A. At this time we only accept PayPal. You can register for a PayPal account at www.paypal.com.
Q. How often will I be billed for my listing?
A. Listings can be billed monthly, every 6 months, or yearly, depending on your preference.
Q. How do I update my credit card/bank account with you?
A. We only accept PayPal at this time. You can select your payment options when making a payment through PayPal.
Q. How do I cancel my account with you?
A. You may select the Contact Us link at the top of the home page and let us know you wish to cancel. Please allow 3 business days to process your request.
Q. I cancelled my service, why are you still charging me?
A. It may take up to 3 business days to process your cancellation request. If the new billing cycle starts you may be charged. You will be refunded any money owed to you.
Q. If I cancel my service, what will happen to my listing?
A. When you cancel, it is advised that you keep your "Free Listing" active to prevent loss of information.
